1-1 Online Coaching (Training & Nutrition)

You will receive a customized and personalized 4 week training program and access through Trainerize App where we both can access and follow to plan and track your workouts, nutrition, and habits. The App includes easy access direct video links to your exercises with demonstration and cues. The workout plan is periodized and updated monthly based on your
experience level and how many training days you can commit to per week. Training plans can be done from at home or at the gym depending on your personal preference and equipment availability. Whether your goal is to build lean mass (muscle), lose fat or body recomposition (lose body fat and gain muscle at the same time), I will be tailoring the plan based on your goal and will update your plan as needed in your check ins.

You will receive completely personalized calories/macro coaching based on you goal and preferences along the Trainerize App for planning and tracking that we both can access and follow. I don't provide meal plans and will not restrict you from eating food you enjoy! I will give you suggestions of meals according to your goals and preference. I recommend that you hit your macros goals every day with flexible eating. In your weekly check ins, adjustments will be made to your nutrition/macros/calories
when needed.
