How to perform:

End of shoulder blades on the bench. Hold dumbbell on the same working leg. Use the hinge method which you will move your torso and head as an one unit and at the top position make sure you are looking up. This way you feel more glutes due to more ROM.

Shins are vertical at the top and squeeze your glutes at the top. Don't hyperextend your back.
