BW Single Leg 45 Degree Hyperextension

 

Setup

One thigh on pad with trunk bent over 45-degree hyperextension machine and only one foot anchored at the bottom while the other is raised.

 

Movement

Engage your core and activate your glute to raise your trunk and upper body up until it is in a straight line with your leg, slowly lower back to the start

After you are done all the reps on one side, switch legs and do on the other side

 

Tip

Maintain a neutral spine during the motion
