Setup

One thigh on pad with trunk bent over 45-degree hyperextension machine and foot anchored at the bottom.

 

Movement

Engage your core and activate your glute to raise your trunk and upper body up until it is in a straight line with your leg, slowly lower back to the start

 

Tip

Maintain a neutral spine during the motion

Feet straight and bring yourself back up pushing your hips through the pad
