BB Overhead Push Press


How to perform:

 

Setup

Standing with knees bent, unrack the barbell and give a few steps back and with elbows bent and facing at a 10 and 2 o’clock position (if you were standing on a clock) versus out to the side at a 3 and 9 o’clock position)

Movement

Press the barbell overhead as you straighten your knees while you maintain a tight core, slowly return to start position

Tip

Do not arch your back excessively during the movement
